He was really disappointed, because other than the fact that it broke the watch is of excellent quality. It's a perfect size for his slightly wider/bigger than average hands. Firstly, contrary to what is stated in the watch information section, this watch does not have luminous dial or luminous second hand; not a deal breaker for me but most likely omitted to cut manufacturing cost.
