It is well made and a perfect fit.Unlike many other bands which taper down a size at the tang, this band is the full width over the entire length.It is thickly padded which looks great with a larger watch.It is a bit stiff when first installed but it starts to soften up pretty quickly. ..." When I received it, it was obviously calfskin leather embossed to look like alligator. After reviewing the product page more closely, I did find one mention that the strap was actually calf leather.
